Appendix - Table 7 to Subpart JJJJJ of Part 63—Compliance Dates

As stated in § 63.8395, you must meet each compliance date in the following table that applies to you:

If you have a(n) . . . Then you must . . . No later than . . .
1. New or reconstructed affected source and the initial startup of your affected source is after December 18, 2014, but before December 28, 2015Comply with the applicable emission limitations and work practice standards in Tables 1, 2, and 3 to this subpartDecember 28, 2015.
