§ 381.403 - Petitions for rate approval pursuant to § 284.123(b)(2).

The fee established for a petition for rate approval pursuant to § 284.123(b)(2) is $20,360. Such fee must be submitted in accordance with subpart A of this part and § 284.123(b)(2).
