This is a reminder that all filers will be allowed and authorized to file FWS data in ACE PRODUCTION, beginning on July 6, 2020, by 12:00pm Eastern. All FWS HTS flags will be enforced with a warning severity at this time. (The error returned is PU2 - PGA DATA MSNG FOR HTS - NO ACTION REQD.) Filing FWS data in ACE is not mandatory at this time. Filers may continue to file FWS data via eDecs, if preferred.
Prior to filing your first FWS entry in Production, it’s suggested that you please email Rhyan Tompkins and your assigned CBP client representative, your intended entry port and date as well as your filer code, filer name, filer point of contact and ABI software name, if applicable.
The ACE CERTIFICATION environment remains available for ABI vendors, service centers, and filers to test their FWS submissions before filing in the production environment.
