Subject: Updated PGA Documentation
The following documents have been updated below.
1. The Supplemental CATAIR Guidelines
document for EPA has been updated. Version 10 has been posted, replacing version 9.1. This latest version provides cleanup and clarification of current requirements. There are NO NEW REQUIREMENTS, merely clarifications and updates to what is already built. In addition, the PGA Message Set Samples document for EPA has been removed and will not be updated. EPA pulled in key samples into version 10 of the EPA Supplemental CATAIR Guidelines document.
2. There was a mix up when posting the updated "Status Notification for Stand-alone PE Data submission (PO)" document, which has now been corrected. In addition, the "ACE Stand-alone Filing for Prior Notice Data (PE/PX)" document was inadvertently removed and has been replaced.
3. The ACE DIS Implementation Guide has been updated. The following changes were made:
Removed CBP137 Doc code from IG (NAFTA Coding Sheet)
Updated the 'CBP139' doc code description to read: 'Drawback 1313(c) Documents and Certification(s)'
4. The appendix PGA has been updated. For USDA/Food Safety and Inspection Service, new codes were added to reflect that Siluriformes are now under its jurisdiction. For the PG10 record, two Category Codes were added. In addition, 14 codes were added across various Commodity Characteristic Qualifier codes that support electronic filing of FSIS data for Siluriformes in ACE. All codes will be available in CERT by March 2, 2018. They will be available in PROD on March 16, 2018.
