Subject: Issues impacting ACE Portal & Entry Summary and Manifest processing issues in Prod

Please be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware that the users may be 
continuing to experience issues accessing the ACE portal in Production. Manifest, Entry Summary and Cargo Release is also experiencing delays in processing incoming trade messages and generating Responses.

CBP technical staff is continuing to actively work on a resolution and another Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) message will be issued once more information or a resolution is known.
