CBP is currently experiencing technical issues that are impacting the processing time of ACE
Reporting capabilities in certain subject areas:
- Cargo Release
- PGA Message Set – Cargo
- PGA Message Set – Entry Summary
- AES / Trade Exports
- Quotas
- Accounts Receivables
CBP is actively investigating the issue, but users may experience unexpected delays in retrieving results until the issue is completely resolved. Another CSMS will be issued upon availability of further information.
