Subject: ACE AESDirect Portal Status
Please be advised that the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) is experiencing latency 
issues with Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings in the ACE AESDirect Portal. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) technical staff is actively working on a resolution and will notify the trade via Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) once the issue has been resolved. Exporters filing (EEIs) via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or 3rd party software vendor are not affected by this issue.
