Subject: RESOLVED: ACE Accounts Portal error, Tuesday, August 16, 2016
Please be advised that issues with ACE Accounts Portal users updating TAO/PTAO (Trade Account 
Owner/Proxy Trade Account Owner) user rights and creating exporter accounts via the webform have now been RESOLVED.  Some users were receiving "An unexpected error has occurred!" upon refreshing a Top Account screen.

Users should please try again or contact the ACE Account Service Desk (ACE Support) for any existing tickets at 1-866-530-4172, option 1, option 2.
