Subject: ACE PRODUCTION deployment, Thursday March 3, 2016 @0600ET,impact ACE CargoRel & EntrySumm
Please be advised that there is an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Thursday morning, March 3,
2016, starting at 0600 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• PGAD-9802 BUG- Duplicate HTS# Reject even though trade did not submit a duplicate HTS# (to fix an additional issue).
SE transactions (not certified from summary) where Trade sent in one SE60 followed immediately by another SE60 (common business scenario) caused PGA to send the second HTS number twice to SE. SE then rejected the entry due to 'DUPLICATE HTS NUMBER ENCOUNTERED' error.
• PGAD-9824 BUG- Duplicate SO70/71/72 messages and messages not grouped together properly.
Duplicate ACE Cargo Release notifications for PGA statuses are being sent out. This includes the SO70, SO71, and SO72 records within the outbound SO message.
• CES-2997: No Longer Require Cargo Release when RLF
OT policy will now ALLOW RLF without a Cargo Certification Request. The previously issued condition - RLF REQUIRES CARGO RLSE CERTIFICATION - will no longer be generated
• PGAD-9823 BUG - Multiple PGA UI issues related to APHIS core filing.
1. In Business Rule Hits, multiple Hit encountered events are displayed but only one should be showing
2. In the PGA Reviews tab, only one hold intact and disclaimed item should appear.
3. In the UI, in the PGA data ‘business view’ and tabular view, the complete PGA data is not showing. It is missing the first PG13/14.
Item 3 is the biggest issue because PGA does not have complete data with which to perform their review on the hold intact.
