to CBP.gov

Summary of Changes:
For DT1 and DT2, the code was changed from ‘MV’ to ‘MVS’
For AQ1 and AQ2, the codes were updated to reflect the APHIS Core program codes.
For FD1-4, ‘COP’ was removed as a program code.
