Subject: Air Manifest In-bond create issue
Several air carriers have reported an in-bond create issue following a local transfer that is
resulting in multiple errors (190 LAST TRANSFER NOT ARRIVED and 113 TRANSFER LINE IGNORED) after sending in the ASN4 message. The ACE Business Office is actively working the issue but cannot yet identify an estimated timeframe for resolution. We will send out additional messages as soon as more information becomes available. Ports are also advised and will continue work with the trade to ensure the facilitation of legitimate cargo.
