Subject: Update on Partner Government Agency (PGA) Pilots
Last week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) initiated the first Phase (I) of the PGA
Pilots. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) entry data transactions were successfully transmitted, accepted and processed in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The second Phase (II) of the PGA Pilots is scheduled to being on September 2, 2015, with an expansion to additional ports.
