Please be advised: It is important that all AE Entry Summary (AE) input messages 
reporting ACS OGA DATA, maintain the PGA Grouping Structure as identified in the Entry Summary Create/Update document. Please review the PGA Grouping Input Structure Map in this document on page ESF-24. That identifies a PGA Grouping Input Structure of record order of  (DT – FC – FD – PG).

NOTE: This is for ACE Entry Summary with ACS Cargo Release

If the PGA Grouping Sequence (DT – FC – FD – PG) is not used correctly, your AE will reject and generate OUT OF SEQUENCE RECORD FOUND IN GROUPING. 

Also, if an OI Record is missing, separating individual PGA groupings the AE will reject and generate  PGA INVOICE DESC MISSING.

F490   FCC 740 REQUIRED
F432   HTS NBR MISSING    
F438   DUTY CONTAINS NON-NUMERICS
F437   VALUE CONTAINS NON-NUMERICS
F642100ESV FAILURE Invalid HTS For MMM DD,YYYY
