PGA Manifest Hold functionality has been added to Appendix D
of the ACE Ocean Manifest to accommodate eManifest: Sea and Rail.
The programming for this functionality was deployed on September 29, 2012.
The ACE Ocean Manifest Implementation Guidelines (IGs) include the fields for disposition code, date and time in the CAMIR R02 record and the X12 X4 record. These fields will be used to transmit PGA Manifest Hold information using the Disposition Codes found in Appendix D.

USDA-APHIS will be using this functionality so you should expect to see the codes “N1 and N3” listed in Appendix D. These codes are the same for X12 and CAMIR users.
