Subject: Delays in Air AMS Processing
Last evening (9/24/12) at approximately 2230 EDT, there was an issue with the processing of 
AirWway Bills.  This issue was resolved at 0400 EDT.  By that time, there was a large backlog of AirWay Bills to be processed.  

CBP began working the backlog of AirWay Bills and all AirWay Bills should now be processed. 

CBP regrets any inconveience this has caused Air Carriers.
