Subject: Cargo Selectivity and ISF Processing Issues
On August 15, 2012, CBP encountered a database outage from 1400-1632 hours which resulted in 
delayed Cargo Selectivity and ISF processing. Service was resumed at 1632 and the backlog of messages were processed. If you continue to encounter problems that occurred during this timeframe, please contact your assigned Client Representative.
