Subject: Issue with Quick View Reports
U.S. Customs & Border Protection has discovered an issue with the entry summary count in Quick
View Reports. The number of entry summaries is correct when running the filer Activity Summary – Top 5 HTS number report. For all other Quick View Reports for filers and importers, the number of entry summaries may be over-stated when the report is run. CBP is aware of the issue and will make every effort to resolve it as soon as possible. In the interim, users can run Account Management Entry Summary Aggregate Report AM 015 to view the number of entry summaries filed.
