Subject: Authorized Data Extract Now Available
A new feature of ACE, the Authorized Data Extract (ADE), is now available to all Importer and
Broker ACE Portal Accounts. ADE will allow Trade Account Owners and Proxy Trade Account Owners only to download large volumes of data (up to 1,000,000 rows) and to manipulate that data internally in their own system. Attached are: 1) Instructions on how to schedule an extract and 2) a spreadsheet containing two tabs. The first tab displays an alphabetical list of data elements available in each extract. The second tab displays the record layout in a Comma Separated Value (CSV) format for each extract.
CBP will be providing telephone training for the trade on how to use ADE for anyone who is interested. Please not that only the Trade Account Owner and/or the Proxy Trade Account Owner will be able to schedule an extract. To sign up for training, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. A schedule for training will be provided so that you can send us an e-mail with your selected training date. The training course will consist of two 30 minute classes.
