Invitation to take survey for Ocean and Rail Carriers
If you are a Master Vessel Operating
Common Carrier (MVOCC) or Rail carrier, you are invited to take a survey on future ACE M1 capabilities. The purpose of this survey is to gather “before deployment” data on MVOCC and Rail Carrier related issues that will be addressed by the following capabilities in the upcoming ACE Release M1:
• Custodial bond liability
• Place and remove holds at the container level
• Resend batch jobs 24x7
Six months after the release of M1, the same questions will be asked again and the data will be compared to show the change in carrier experience.
We want to hear from you! All responses will be stored in a secure database and will only be read by the ACE survey team.
