1. This is a correction to message 6231410, dated 08/19/2026, to correct paragraph 4 of that message and to add paragraph 7 to this message. 2. Paragraph 4 of message 6231410 incorrectly references an ongoing covered merchandise inquiry, which had previously been completed and for which Commerce published a final decision on 04/27/2026 in the Federal Register (91 FR 22494). Therefore, we have replaced paragraph 4 of message 6231410 with paragraph 7 in this message. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. Commerce does not automatically conduct administrative reviews of countervailing duty orders. Instead, reviews must be requested pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213. 4. Commerce has not received a request for an administrative review of the countervailing duty order for the period and on the merchandise identified below except for the firms listed in paragraph 5. The injunction with court number 24-00030 discussed in message number 4081413, dated 03/31/2026, is applicable to entries which include finished certain chassis and subassemblies thereof (chassis) containing Chinese origin axle and landing gear components from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam that were imported by Pitts Enterprises, Inc. dba Dorsey Intermodal that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Chassis and Subassemblies from the People's Republic of China: Final Scope Ruling on Pitts Enterprises, Inc. dba Dorsey Intermodal's Axle and Landing Gear Components dated 01/10/2024 that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 11/04/2021 through the issuance of superseding instructions or until the final and conclusive resolution of the litigation. Accordingly, continue to suspend liquidation of such entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 7. The injunction with court number 26-03007 discussed in message number 6247403, dated 09/04/2026, is applicable to entries of axle beams, slider boxes, and leading gear sets for use on chassis from the People's Republic of China (1) that were imported by AXN Heavy Duty LLC; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Chassis and Subassemblies Thereof from the People's Republic of China: Final Determination of Covered Merchandise Inquiry, (91 FR 22494, 04/27/2026); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 11/04/2021, through the issuance of superseding instructions or until the final and conclusive resolution of the litigation. Accordingly, continue to suspend liquidation of such entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 8. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 4 occurred with the publication of the notice of initiation of administrative review for the 05/2025 anniversary month (91 FR 42410, 07/09/2026). Unless instructed otherwise, for all other shipments of chassis from the People's Republic of China you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties for the merchandise at the current rates. 9. The assessment of countervailing duties by CBP on shipments or entries of this merchandise is subject to the provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. Section 778 requires that CBP pay interest on overpayments or assess interest on underpayments of the required amounts deposited as estimated countervailing duties. The interest provisions are not applicable to cash posted as estimated countervailing duties before the date of publication of the countervailing duty order. Interest shall be calculated from the date payment of estimated countervailing duties is required through the date of liquidation. The rate at which such interest is payable is the rate in effect under section 6621 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 for such period. 10. This instruction to liquidate entries covered by this message does not limit CBP's independent authority, including its authority to suspend, continue to suspend, or extend liquidation of entries addressed by this message. Accordingly, CBP should examine all entries for which this message directs liquidation to determine whether any such entries are subject to suspension, continued suspension, or extension of liquidation pursuant to CBP's independent authority (e.g., Enforce and Protect Act under section 517 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended). If entries of subject merchandise covered by this message are subject to suspension, continued suspension, or extension of liquidation pursuant to CBP's own authority, CBP port officials should follow CBP's internal procedures with respect to continuing any suspension, the lifting of suspension, and/or continuing any extension of liquidation for such entries. 11.
