1. On 06/25/2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-135, C-570-136) for the period 11/04/2021 until the issuance of superseding instructions or until the final and conclusive resolution of the litigation. This SI was issued in connection with court number 26-03007. 2. This SI enjoins Commerce from issuing instructions to liquidate or making or permitting liquidation of any unliquidated entries of axle beams, slider boxes, and leading gear sets for use on chassis from the People's Republic of China (1) that were imported by AXN Heavy Duty LLC; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Chassis and Subassemblies Thereof from the People's Republic of China: Final Determination of Covered Merchandise Inquiry, 91 Fed. Reg. 22494 (Apr. 27, 2026); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period November 4, 2021, through the issuance of superseding instructions or until the final and conclusive resolution of the litigation. 3. Effective 06/25/2026 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 06/25/2026, through the issuance of superseding instructions or until the final and conclusive resolution of the litigation. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
