1. On 03/25/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 16138) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (A-570-983).

2. Commerce determined that Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd. for purposes of determining antidumping duty cash deposits and liabilities.

3. Accordingly, for shipments of drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/25/2016, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate:

Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd.
Case number: A-570-983-031
Cash deposit rate: 4.29%

In addition, effective 03/25/2016, case number A-570-983-028, which previously pertained to Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd., has been deactivated.

4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
