1. On 07/02/2015, in response to a request by Component Hardware Group Inc. (Component Hardware), Commerce issued a final scope determination that Component Hardware's industrial handwashing sinks are within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks imported from the People's Republic of China (A-570-983; C-570-984).

2. Because the physical characteristics of the imported products (i.e., drawn stainless steel sink bowls in various configurations) satisfy the physical criteria of the merchandise enumerated in the scope, and because the sinks do not contain fabricated bowls that qualify for the scope exclusion, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China, including the industrial handwashing sinks imported by Component Hardware described above, subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China.
