1. On 01/27/2015, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 4247) the rescission of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China exported by Hubei Foshan Success Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. and produced by Jiangmen Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. (A-570-983-022) covering the period 10/04/2012 through 10/14/2013.

2. As a result of Commerce's rescission of this new shipper review, the option of a bond in lieu of a cash deposit is no longer permitted. For shipments of subject merchandise exported by Hubei Foshan Success Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. and produced by Jiangmen Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/27/2015, cash deposits should be collected at the PRC-wide rate in effect on date of entry. The PRC-wide rate currently in effect is 76.45 percent.

Additionally, as a result of Commerce's rescission of this new shipper review, shipments of subject merchandise exported by Hubei Foshan Success Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. and produced by Jiangmen Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. may no longer enter under case number A-570-983-022, effective 01/27/2015, the date of publication of the rescission in the Federal Register. Such merchandise should now be entered under case number A-570-983-000 until such time as the exporter receives its own rate.

3. Do not liquidate any entries covered by this review until you have received liquidation instructions.
