1. On 01/02/2024, Commerce issued an amended preliminary determination with respect to imports of boltless steel shelving prepackaged for sale from Thailand. See 89 FR 62. On 01/24/2024, Commerce issued a correction to the amended preliminary determination. See 89 FR 4591. As a result of Commerce's amended preliminary determination, Commerce made a negative determination of sales at less than fair value for the producer/exporter combination identified below. Producer: Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd. Exporter: Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd. Case Number: A-549-846-003 2. CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for entries of boltless steel shelving prepackaged for sale from Thailand produced by Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd. and exported by Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd. entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/29/2023 through 02/08/2024, and should liquidate such entries without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits). Such entries may have been made under company-specific case number A-549-846-002. 3. This notice of lifting of suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd., that are exported by any company other than Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd.; (ii) exported by Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd., that are produced by any company other than Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd.; or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this producer/exporter combination. Accordingly, unless instructed otherwise, suspension of liquidation should continue for shipments of subject merchandise not covered by paragraph 1 of this message. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise covered by paragraph 2, above, occurred on 01/24/2024 with publication of Commerce's publication of the correction of the notice of amended preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of boltless steel shelving packaged for sale from Thailand (A-549-846) (89 FR 62). For all other shipments of subject merchandise, continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates unless instructed otherwise. 5. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply. 6.
