1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on boltless steel shelving prepackaged for sale from Thailand. This amendment was published on 01/02/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 62) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters. Commerce issued a correction to the amended preliminary determination on 01/24/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 4591), which corrected the rate application for merchandise produced and/or exported by Siam Metal Tech Co. Ltd. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3144402, dated 05/24/2023. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-549-846. 4. For shipments of boltless steel shelving prepackaged for sale from Thailand entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/29/2023, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: All Others Rate Case Number: A-549-846-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 2.54% 5. In the amended preliminary determination, Commerce found a zero or de minimis cash deposit rate for imports of subject merchandise for the producer/exporter combination identified below. Accordingly, CBP is directed not to suspend liquidation of entries of merchandise on or after 11/29/2023, and not to collect cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination shown below. Producer: Siam Metal Tech Co. Ltd. Exporter: Siam Metal Tech Co. Ltd. Case Number: A-549-846-003 This exclusion from suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by Siam Metal Tech Co. Ltd. and exported by any company other than exporter name; (ii) exported by Siam Metal Tech Co. Ltd. and produced by any company other than producer name; or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this excluded combination. Accordingly, such merchandise should be entered under the case number and cash deposit rate for the appropriate company (or all others) under the sub-paragraph(s) above. 6.
