The correct rate to be applied to entries in this time period is .82 percent; not 2.66 percent. The correct rates and time periods are as follows: 010184 through 012784 .82% 012884 through 123184 2.66% 010189 through 123190 Cash Deposit Required at Time of Entry Any entries that were liquidated at the incorrect rate should be reliquidated at the proper rate if possible. If reliquidation cannot be done, importers should be advised of their right to file a protest. Timely filed protests should be handled at the district level without submission to Commerce.
