§ 1486.506 - Disclosure of program information.

(a) Documents submitted to CCC by Recipients are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552,and,subpart,including,specifically,7.11.

(b) Any research conducted by a Recipient pursuant to an agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in 2 CFR part 200.
