22.1000 - 22.1000 Scope of subpart.

This subpart prescribes policies and procedures implementing the provisions of 41 U.S.C. chapter 67, Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act of 1965), the applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C. 201,et.), and related Secretary of Labor regulations and instructions (29 CFR parts 4, 6, 8, and 1925).
