§ 3206.10 - What must I do for BLM to issue a lease?

Before BLM issues any lease, you must:

(a) Accept all lease stipulations;

(b) Make all required payments to BLM;

(d) Comply with the maximum limit on acreage holdings (see §§ 3206.12 and 3206.16).
