The plan applies to the following existing commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units:

(a) BASF Corporation, Geismar, Louisiana.

(b) DSM Copolymer, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

(d) Shell Chemicals, Norco, Louisiana.
