On April 4, 2022, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality submitted a revision to its SIP to address regional haze for the second planning period. The portions of this SIP revision addressing the requirements of 40 CFR 51.308(f)(2) and (3) and (i)(2) through (4) are disapproved.
