(a) As of November 18, 2011, all funds, including cash, securities, bank accounts, and investment accounts, and precious metals of the General National Maritime Transport Company blocked pursuant to § 570.201(a)(1) or (3) are unblocked.
(b) Within 10 business days of the release of any blocked funds or precious metals pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section, a report must be filed with the Compliance Division of the Office of Foreign Assets Control via email to [email protected]. For each amount released, the report must include a copy of the related initial blocking report and indicate the date that the funds were released and the amount released.
