§ 1421.3 - Exclusive recognition; Unfair labor practices.

(a) Exclusive Recognition has the meaning as set forth in 22 U.S.C. 4111; and

(b) Unfair labor practices has the meaning as set forth in 22 U.S.C. 4115.
