§ 880.6500 - Medical ultraviolet air purifier.

(a) Identification. A medical ultraviolet air purifier is a device intended for medical purposes that is used to destroy bacteria in the air by exposure to ultraviolet radiation.

(b) Classification. Class II (performance standards).
