§ 1.92 - Scope.

The rules in this subpart apply to and govern proceedings for the assessment of civil penalties for the violation of section 332 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, 42 U.S.C. 6302,and,16,promulgated,42.S.C. 6294 and 6296.
