1. This is a correction to message 9288302, dated 10/15/2019, to correct the RE line and paragraph 1 of that message which included an incorrect message number (924307). The message that should have been referenced is 9242307, dated 08/30/2019. Message 9288302 set out to correct message 9242307. Below is the correct message.

On 08/28/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 3 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-970) for the period 12/01/2016 through 11/30/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00148.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of multilayered wood flooring from China that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12/01/2016 through 11/30/2017, and were the subject of the administrative proceeding published as Multi-Layered Wood Flooring from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No shipments, 84 FR 38002 (August 5, 2019), and were exported from China to the United States by:

Huzhou Chenghang Wood Co., Ltd.,
Hangzhou Hanje Tec Co., Ltd.,
Hunchun Xingjia Wooden Flooring Inc.,
Dunhua Shengda Wood Industry Co., Ltd.,
Zhejiang Fuerjia Wooden Co., Ltd.,
A&W (Shanghai) Woods Co., Ltd.,
Dun Hua Sen Tai Wood Co., Ltd.

4. Effective 08/28/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 3 which remain unliquidated as of 08/28/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

6. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9233313, dated 08/21/2019.
