On 11/21/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840) for the period 02/01/2017 through 01/31/2018.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00201.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were (a) produced and/or exported by Calcutta Seafoods Pvt. Ltd., Bay Seafood Pvt. Ltd., and Elque & Co.; (b) the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from India:
Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018, 84 FR 57847 (October 29, 2019); and (c) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/01/2017 up to and including 01/31/2018.

Effective 11/21/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 11/21/2019.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9322320, dated 11/18/2019.
