1. On 04/04/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (A-570-053) for the period 04/01/2019 through 03/31/2020. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00091.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China which: (1) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020; and (2) were subject of the administrative proceeding published as Certain Aluminum Foil From the People's Republic of China: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, 83 Fed. Reg. 9,282 (Dep't Commerce Mar. 5, 2018; Certain Aluminum Foil From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value an Antidumping Duty Order, 83 Fed. Reg. 17,362 (Dep't Commerce Apr. 19, 2018); and (3) were produced by Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Stock Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Huafeng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., and were exported from the People's Republic of China to the United States by Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co., (HK) Ltd.

3. Effective 04/04/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 4/04/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
