1. On 06/27/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in the case of American Alliance for Hardwood Plywood et. al. v. United States and United States International Trade Commission (court no. 18-00013).

(a) The injunction to which message 8186311 dated 07/05/2018 refers, enjoined entries which were imported by McCorry & Co Ltd. and produced and exported by the following exporter/producer combinations:

CVD CASE NUMBER C-570-052-000
EXPORTER Celtic Co., Ltd.
PRODUCER Celtic Co., Ltd.

(b) The subject of Commerce's final determination in 82 FR 53473 (November 16, 2017) (countervailing duty determination); and

(c) Entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 04/25/2017 up to and including 12/31/2018, but excluding entries between 12/19/2017 and 12/26/2017.

As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 8186311 refers, dissolved on August 27, 2019.
