Effective 07/11/2019, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 07/11/2019.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Any entries inadvertently liquidated after the Court's orders for these SIs were signed but before these injunctions are fully implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with these injunctions.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SIs.

These SIs apply to the liquidation instructions in message number 8025301, dated 01/25/2018.
