1. On 06/24/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2, which are subject to the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Korea (A-580-870) for the period 09/01/2016 through 08/31/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00100.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries that were produced and/or exported by AJU Besteel Co., Ltd., that were the subject of the final determination in Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods from the Republic of Korea, 84 Fed. Reg. 24,085, and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after September 1, 2016 up to and including August 31, 2017.

3. Effective 06/24/2019, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 that remain unliquidated on 06/24/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9168303, dated 06/17/2019.
