1. On 06/21/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register (84 FR 29161) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of steel propane cylinders from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-086).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 9031303, dated 01/31/2019.

3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-570-086.

4. For imports of steel propane cylinders from China, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/27/2018.

5. Effective 06/21/2019, CBP shall require, for entries of steel propane cylinders from China from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty cash deposits shown below:

A. For all Chinese exporters of steel propane cylinders from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate.

B. For all non-Chinese exporters of steel propane cylinders from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combinations that supplied that non-Chinese exporter.
