For imports of steel propane cylinders from China, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/27/2018.

A.
For all Chinese exporters of steel propane cylinders from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate.

For all non-Chinese exporters of steel propane cylinders from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combinations that supplied that non-Chinese exporter.
