On 06/03/2019, in response to a request by Bourgault Industries Ltd., Commerce issued a final scope determination that Bourgault Industries Ltd.'s coulter disc hubs, which Bourgault Industries Ltd. imports, are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China (A-570-601).

2. Because the imported product meets the plain language of the scope of the Order such that it consists of tapered roller housings incorporating tapered roller bearings, Commerce found the coulter disc hub to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of coulter disc hubs incorporating tapered roller bearings from the People's Republic of China, including coulter disc hubs imported by Bourgault Industries Ltd., described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China.
