1. This is a correction to message 9148310, dated 05/28/2019, to correct the header of that message.

2. The header of message 9148310 contains incorrect information regarding the last day of the period covered, which should be 07/31/2017 (not 07/30/2017), and is now being corrected. On 05/24/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 4 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-016) for the period 08/01/2016 through 07/31/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00069.

4. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of PVLT tires from China: (1) that were (a) produced/exported by Shandong Hengyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd., or Shandong Wanda Boto Tyre Co., Ltd., and (b) imported by Sutong China Tire Resources; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2016-2017, 84 Fed. Reg. 17,781 (Apr. 26, 2019); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 08/01/2016 up to and including 07/31/2017.

5. Effective 05/24/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 4 which remain unliquidated as of 05/24/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

6. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

7. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9134302, dated 05/14/2019.
