On 04/01/2019, in response to a request by Magnum Tool Corporation, Inc., Commerce issued a final scope determination that Magnum Tool Corporation, Inc.'s steel to wood roofing nails which Magnum Tool Corporation, Inc. imports is within the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the Sultanate of Oman (A-523-808).

2. Because the imported product does not meet the specifications of Type I, Style 20 nails as identified in Tables 29 through 33 of ASTM Standard F1667 (2013 revision), which are excluded from the scope of the order, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain steel nails from the Sultanate of Oman, including Magnum Tool Corporation, Inc.'s steel to wood roofing nails imported by Magnum Tool Corporation, Inc. described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the Sultanate of Oman.
