1. On 03/25/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished from the People's Republic of China (A-570-601) for the period 06/01/2016 through 05/31/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00039.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished from the People's Republic of China; (1) that were produced and exported by Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp.; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in 84 FR 6132 (Dep't Commerce Feb. 26, 2019); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after June 1, 2016 up to and including May 31, 2017.

3. Effective 03/25/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 03/25/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Any entries inadvertently liquidated after the Court's order for this statutory injunction was signed, but before this injunction is fully implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with this injunction. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9072308, dated 03/13/2019.
