On 02/19/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register “Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Final Determination in the Less Than Fair Value Investigation and Notice of Amended Final Determination and Amended Antidumping Duty Order” (Amended Order) (84 FR 4772) with an effective date of 12/29/2018, which amends the cash deposit rate for certain firms.
