1. On 12/19/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi, A.S. et al v. United States (Court No. 15-00339). On 02/19/2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register “Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Final Determination in the Less Than Fair Value Investigation and Notice of Amended Final Determination and Amended Antidumping Duty Order” (Amended Order) (84 FR 4772) with an effective date of 12/29/2018, which amends the cash deposit rate for certain firms.

2. Accordingly, effective 12/29/2018 (the effective date stated in the Amended Order), for shipments of welded line pipe from Turkey entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/29/2018, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
