In accordance with section 733(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, Commerce is instructing CBP to discontinue the suspension of liquidation of entries concerning the antidumping duty investigation of large diameter welded pipe from India effective 12/25/2018, which is the 121st day after the start of provisional measures in this proceeding.

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 8239307 dated 08/27/2018.

This proceeding has been assigned case number A-533-881.

CBP shall discontinue the suspension of liquidation for antidumping duty purposes on all shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/25/2018 (the first day provisional measures is no longer in effect).
5. These discontinuation instructions do not apply to subject merchandise subject to suspension of liquidation and imposition of cash deposits, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or before 12/24/2018 (the date provisional measures expired in this proceeding).
