ORDER AND COUNTERVAILING DUTY ORDER ON CERTAIN STAINLESS

ENTRIES OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE WHICH WERE PRODUCED AND
EXPORTED BY UGINE & ALZ BELGIUM N.V., THAT REMAIN
UNLIQUIDATED AS OF 5 OCLOCK PM ON THE FIFTH BUSINESS DAY
AFTER THE DAY ON WHICH COPIES OF THE INJUNCTION ORDER ARE
PERSONALLY SERVED BY HAND DELIVERY ON COMMERCES APO DOCKET
